- Local Storage & Session Storage: Browser-side storage used for the TD Engine™ chat session memory and user preferences.
- Web Beacons (Pixel Tags): Tiny images used in emails and pages to confirm delivery and measure engagement.
- Device Fingerprinting: We do NOT use device fingerprinting for tracking.
